ABOUT
Andrew Long is a registered osteopath and graduate of The British College of Osteopathic Medicine with 16 years clinical experience. Prior to that he qualified as a Sports Massage therapist for 4 year.
The clinic was established in Bembridge in 2004 and has a reputation as an effective and thorough clinic where patients are treated as individuals. He believes this was helped when he worked along side the NHS in the Pyle Street Surgery in Newport enabling him to get great Medical Referral contact list for when Osteopathy can't help any more. When appropriate he will also refer to other practitioners such as Acupuncturist, Pilates and Yoga instructors all of which he has had the privilege to have worked with for many years.
Andrew has lived in Bembridge most of his life and really enjoys Village life, treating people from the very elderly and infirm to the worlds elite sailors.
For the last 6 years Andrew has been working with the Gladiator Sailing Team in the TP52 Super Series and even enjoyed a 6 month period when the team joined forces with BAR sailing (now INEOS) in preparation for the fourth coming Americas Cup 2021.

Using a combination of osteopathic soft tissue massage, joint mobilising and manipulation to treat a number of conditions. Stretching, strengthening or mobility exercises may also be prescribed as well as advice on posture, diet, ergonomics and lifestyle.
